Lucie is a set of two oval trough planters in metal, finished in a distressed white that has chipped and worn back to show darker tones and rust beneath. Each has a pair of looped handles at the ends and small ball feet, the look of an old tin tub softened by years of use.

The larger trough is 45 cm long and the smaller 36 cm, so they sit together or apart. Plant them with succulents, herbs, or trailing greenery, line them along a sill or a sideboard, or use them on a covered patio. They come as a pair.

Care & Keeping

Wipe with a soft dry cloth. The pair is finished to look aged, so the chips, worn paint, and rust tones are part of the look. Keep them dry indoors, or use them in a covered outdoor spot. Use inner pots or a liner for planting, and bring them under cover in long wet spells if you want to slow the ageing.

Because the Lucie set is hand-finished to an aged look, variations in the distressing, worn paint, and rust tones are natural and part of the character of each piece. Colour may also vary slightly between screens, all photography is taken in natural light.
