Returns at a glance

Changed your mind?
No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back. The item just needs to be unused and in its original packaging.

You pay for the return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free, the actual cost we paid to ship it will come off your refund.

Arrived damaged or faulty?
That's on us. Send photos as soon as you can and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, shipping included, at no cost to you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

How to return
1. Go to our Contact Us page and tell us your order number
2. We'll reply with instructions and the return address
3. Once we receive it, your refund lands back on your original payment method within 5-10 business days

One ask: don't post anything back before contacting us. Unapproved returns can't be guaranteed a refund.
