30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging
- Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer, unless a free return has been approved or offered as part of a promotional offer
- Original shipping costs paid to deliver the item from our facility to the customer will be due to Château Living and deducted from the refund
- If the item was purchased with a free shipping promotion, the actual cost to ship the item will be deducted from the refund
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please visit our Contact Us page. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
