Shipping policy

Every order ships insured from our family warehouse in Queensland, direct to your door. Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing ships from overseas. Every piece is here in Australia, ready to go.

Dispatch. We ship within 1 business day (Brisbane time). During peak periods or around public holidays, dispatch can occasionally take a little longer. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Shipping rates. Orders over $100 ship free to selected metro areas. For all other orders and locations, your shipping cost is shown in your cart before checkout, so there are no surprises. One rate per order, no matter how many pieces are in it.

PO Boxes. Our pieces travel by courier, so we deliver to street addresses. If a PO Box is your only option, contact us before ordering and we'll check whether Australia Post can carry your piece, as size limits apply and any extra postage cost is passed on at cost.

Our damage promise. Every parcel is insured in transit at no extra cost. Our pieces are dimensional and hand-finished, so we pack them carefully. But if anything arrives damaged, just email us a photo and we'll send a replacement free of charge. You don't return the damaged piece, you don't pay return postage. A photo is all we need.
