Harmony is a pedestal planter stand in metal, the holder shaped as a crown with a row of points around the top and a band of pierced filigree below. The finish is an antiqued gold worn back to grey and soft verdigris, raised on a slim turned column and a fluted flared foot.
At 80 cm tall it brings real height to a corner, an entry, or a spot beside a fireplace, lifting a potted fern, ivy, or trailing greenery up where it can spill over the points. Drop a pot into the crown and let the foliage tumble. It works indoors or in a covered outdoor spot, and pairs with the shorter companion stand.

How to style it
A few ways to use it:
- Drop a potted fern or ivy into the crown and let it spill over, then browse the rest of our planters.
- Stand it with the shorter companion for a pair at two heights.
- Place it in a corner or beside a fireplace with other garden and outdoor pieces.
- Sit a candle in a glass hurricane in the crown for an evening glow, or pair it near a mirror.
Stylist's Tip The crown has open sides, so sit your plant in a plastic inner pot that rests inside the holder. Choose a plant that trails a little and it will soften the points and hide the pot.
Care & Keeping
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Harmony is finished to look aged, so the worn gold and verdigris are part of the look. Keep it dry indoors, or use it in a covered outdoor spot. Use an inner pot rather than filling the holder with soil, and bring it under cover in long wet spells to protect the finish.

How do I plant in it?
Sit a potted plant in a plastic inner pot inside the crown holder. The sides are open filigree, so it is made to hold a pot rather than soil.
How tall is it?
80 cm to the top of the crown, with a 26 cm holder. It brings real height to a corner on a slim column.
Is the shorter stand in the photos included?
No, the shorter companion stand shown is sold separately. The two are designed to stand together at different heights.
Can it go outside?
It suits a covered outdoor spot. Left fully in the weather, the finish will keep ageing, so bring it under cover in long wet spells if you want to slow that.
Will mine look exactly like the photos?
It is finished by hand to look aged, so the gold and verdigris tones fall a little differently on every one. No two match exactly.

It was my testing the waters first purchase to check out this new store & what’s on offer. I loved the idea of supplying cast iron cute animal figurines as they’re practical, good looking, solid durable material, great rust finish (no need to buy expensive rust effect paint). Just ready to weather and brings a smile on your dial. I placed my frog with his hands up as if in religious praying gesture next to the concrete funny sign scored at Vinnies reading: grant me patience Lord but hurry - I believe the praying frog and the sign go comically together. I’m thinking of getting the other frog too in its hilarious pose possibly in green patina for contrast. I can confirm it’s heavy cast iron with attractive rust patina. These casts fill the gap in the market dominated by laser cut cortina steel offerings. Just something old school different and complimentary to your garden /house decor. Pleased it’s introduced to Australian market and once for change not made in China… but in France known for its cast iron tradition. We own 18th century French anvil won at an antique auction which is our proud possession so happy to score more in heavy casts.

This may not show on the store website that well but they’re actually old gold colour. It’s lightweight thin metal so perhaps inside or sheltered outdoor space would suit them the best as it may rust out & some fragile parts of the tail break exposed to the weather. They’re as large as described, cleverly designed for packaging - legs are separate with tightening screw. They make an impact due to their size & fit almost any decor with the colour & style.
