Karine is a pair of taper candlesticks in aged gold metal, one at 23.5 cm and one at 31 cm. Each has a slim turned stem, an urn-shaped knop below the cup, and a small dished holder sized for a standard dinner candle. The finish carries darker antiquing over warm gilt high points.

How to style it
A pair of tapers does the work of a centrepiece on its own.
- Set them on a dinner table with low bowls of greenery between
- Stand them on a mantel with other candle holders at mixed heights
- Flank a small vase on a console for a symmetrical vignette
- Use white tapers for a classic look, or black for something sharper
