Nadine is an arched wall piece, a soft floral still life set in a distressed fir wood frame. The image is a generous bouquet of white roses, iris, and carnations with sprays of blossom, gathered in a glass footed vase on a pedestal against a quiet grey ground.

The frame is the charm of it, an arched timber moulding with a worn white inner border, rubbed back so the wood shows through. It has the look of something rescued from an old French house, the paint softened by years rather than new.

It hangs beautifully on its own, or alongside its companion piece, Audette, which carries a bouquet of red and pink roses. Audette is sold separately. The candles, books, and other styling in the photographs are not included.

Care & Keeping

Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Keep it indoors and out of direct sun and damp, so the colours and the timber hold over time. The worn, distressed finish is intended and part of the charm, so there is no need to touch it up. Hang from a suitable wall fixing for the weight.

Because Nadine is finished by hand, the distressing and timber tone vary from piece to piece, so no two are exactly alike. Colour may also vary slightly between screens, all photography is taken in natural light.
