Gino French Provincial Urn Planter, Aged White with Scroll Handles 48cm

A trophy cup for a fern, footed and handled and speckled like he wintered in a glasshouse.

Gino is an urn planter in aged white iron, his trumpet cup rising from a turned pedestal foot with scrolled acanthus handles at each side. A fleur relief medallion sits front and centre, and the finish is speckled through with warm flecks so he reads found rather than new.

At 48cm tall he lifts a fern, dried stems, or a trailing plant to where the room can see them, on a hearth, an entry table, or a pedestal like our Cadiz.

Care & Keeping

Sit plants inside him in their nursery pots rather than planting directly, which protects the finish and makes seasonal swaps easy. Dust with a soft dry cloth and keep him under cover outdoors so the speckling ages as intended.

Because Gino is hand-finished, slight variations in patina, texture, and grain are natural and add to the unique character of each piece. Colour may also vary slightly between screens, all photography is taken in natural light.
