Isolde sets a round natural fir timber top on a turned pedestal moulded in cast magnesia composite and finished in antique white. The column flares into an urn shape banded with scrolled relief, then steps down to a square plinth, with worn paintwork that reads as aged rather than new.

At 76cm tall with a 76cm round top, it works as a small tea or occasional table, tall enough to sit beside a chair or hold a corner on its own. The wide top takes a tray and a stack of books without feeling crowded.

Care & Keeping

Dust with a soft dry cloth and wax the timber top now and then to keep it from drying. Keep the magnesia base indoors and away from damp, and wipe spills promptly. Move it by lifting the base rather than the top, and never drag it across the floor.

Because Isolde is hand-finished, slight variations in patina, texture, and grain are natural and add to the unique character of each piece. Colour may also vary slightly between screens, all photography is taken in natural light.
