They are cachepots. Keep plants in their nursery pots and sit them inside, which protects the finish and simplifies watering day.
What sizes are the two pots?
The large is a wide low bowl at 21cm across, the small a deeper pot at 15.5cm, both measured across their handles. Standard small nursery pots drop into each.
Can they live outdoors?
On a covered verandah or sheltered sill, yes. Constant rain will age the worn gold faster than intended.

Will my pair look exactly like the photos?
Very close. The gold is rubbed over the ribs by hand, so the wear varies a little from pot to pot, which is part of the intended character.
