A wheel of acanthus scrolls inside a notched border, carved shadow play for a quiet wall.
Cyrene is a square wall art panel, her acanthus scroll mandala circling a central rosette in deep relief. A notched timber border frames the pattern, and the whitewash is rubbed back at the high points so warm timber tones show through, all held in a slim natural timber frame.
At 41.5cm square she is the largest of three sister panels, so she carries a wall on her own or anchors the trio in a gallery arrangement.
