Two trays edged in golden lace, the kind a French housekeeper would have guarded with her life.
Ravello is a set of two rectangular trays in pierced iron filigree, their gallery sides worked in a medallion pattern that lets candlelight through, finished in antiqued gold rubbed back to shadow. Cast scroll handles rise at each end, and the smaller tray nests inside the larger for keeping.
The larger runs 52.5cm end to end, the smaller 46.5cm, sized for carrying two glasses and the good news, corralling perfumes on a dresser, or holding candles down the centre of the table.

Yes, Ravello is sold as the pair, the large and the small tray together, and the small nests inside the large when not in use.
What are they made of?

They are best under glasses, bottles, candles, and covered dishes. For open food, line the base first, and keep them out of the dishwasher entirely.
Is the darkened gold intentional?
Yes, the gold is antiqued by hand so it deepens to shadow in the recesses, giving the trays the look of heirlooms rather than new metalware.
Will mine look exactly like the photos?
Very close. The antiquing is worked by hand, so where the gold deepens varies from piece to piece, which is part of the intended character.
