A rose bush that learned to hold candles, with two small birds who stayed for the light.
Corfu is a three arm candelabra shaped as a rose stem in bloom, each branch ending in an open rose cup that takes a taper candle. Two small birds perch on the branches, leaves climb the stem to a tied ribbon bow, and the whole piece is cast in resin over an iron frame, finished in distressed white with gold traces.
At 30.5cm tall she brings a soft romantic glow to a dinner table, a mantel, or a bedside, three flames rising from three roses.

What is she made of?
Cast resin with iron, which is how the roses, birds, and bow carry so much detail. The finish is a distressed white rubbed back by hand.
Is she safe to burn candles in?
Yes, with the usual care. Keep flames trimmed and well above the petals, snuff candles before they burn low into the cups, and never leave them unattended.
Is she steady with three candles in?
Her fluted base is broad and low. Give her a flat, level surface away from draughts and passing sleeves and she holds her three flames gracefully.
Will mine look exactly like the photos?
Very close. The white is rubbed back by hand, so where the shadows and gold traces fall varies a little from piece to piece, which is part of the intended character.
