Aurelie is a set of two wire baskets, a longer one and a shorter one, each with an aged metal frame, a timber base, and a jute-wrapped grab handle at one end. The metal carries a soft greyed, chippy finish with a little rust coming through, the look of old garden or pantry baskets.

Each basket has keyhole hangers on the back, so you can fix them to the wall as open shelves or leave them on a bench, in the laundry, or on a kitchen counter. Fill them with potted herbs, rolled towels, fruit and veg, craft bits, or bathroom odds and ends. The open wire keeps everything visible and lets it air.

Care & Keeping

Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Keep Aurelie indoors or somewhere sheltered, the aged metal already carries some rust and will weather further in damp. If you wall-mount it, use screws and wall plugs suited to your wall through the keyhole hangers.

Because Aurelie is hand-finished, slight variations in patina, paint wear and rust are natural and add to the character of each piece. Colour may also vary slightly between screens, all photography is taken in natural light.
