Ines is a candle holder set of three, each one a slender stem in aged gold metal topped with a crown of downturned leaves beneath the candle cup, like a bloom caught just as its petals fall. The three stand at staggered heights on round feet, worn back to darker tones where the gold has aged.
At 36cm, 27.5cm, and 18.5cm tall they are made to cluster, marching down a dining table, gathering on a mantel, or holding the corner of a coffee table at dusk.

What comes in the set?

What candles do they take?
Standard taper or dinner candles. Each cup has a rolled rim that holds most common taper widths comfortably.
What are they made of?
Iron throughout, with the leaves shaped and fixed beneath each cup, in an aged gold finish rubbed back to darker tones.
Are they steady with candles in?
Each stands on a broad round foot for its height. Give them a flat level surface and they will hold their tapers politely through the evening.
Will mine look exactly like the photos?
Very close. The aged gold is rubbed back by hand, so the pattern of wear shifts a little from piece to piece, which is part of the intended character.
Because Ines is hand-finished, slight variations in patina, texture, and grain are natural and add to the unique character of each piece. Colour may also vary slightly between screens, all photography is taken in natural light.
