On The Water
An aged metal urn with the patina of a garden left to its own devices.
Delphine is a footed urn made in metal and finished to look weathered, the surface a soft buff and rust that reads like old stone. A scrollwork cartouche sits at the front below a scalloped rim, and the lower bowl is fluted down to a turned foot and square base. It carries the shape of a classic Medici urn.
At 41 cm tall, Delphine works as a planter or as a sculptural object on its own. Drop a potted fern or trailing ivy inside, or leave it empty on a console, a hearth, or a plinth. It suits an entry, a mantel, or a sheltered spot in the garden.

How to style it
A few ways to use it:
- Plant it with a fern or trailing ivy and set it on a plinth, then browse the rest of our planters.
- Group it with other garden and outdoor pieces for a courtyard look.
- Leave it empty beside a mirror as a sculptural object in an entry.
- Fill it with dried stems or pair it with a candle holder on a mantel.
Stylist's Tip If you plant Delphine, slip a plastic liner or inner pot inside rather than potting straight in. It keeps soil and moisture off the metal and lets you switch the planting with the seasons.
Care & Keeping
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Delphine is finished as aged metal, so a little surface rust is part of the look. Keep it dry for indoor use. Placed outdoors, the patina will deepen over time, so bring it under cover in long wet spells if you want to slow the change. Use an inner pot for planting.

Both. It is made for indoor styling or a covered outdoor spot. Left fully in the weather, the metal will keep ageing, which some people want and some do not.
Can I plant straight into it?
We suggest a plastic liner or inner pot inside so soil and water stay off the metal. It also makes the planting easy to change.
How big is it?
It stands 41 cm tall with a 28.5 cm spread at the rim, a proper statement urn rather than a small tabletop pot.
