Dust gently with a soft, dry brush or cloth, working into the relief. The panel is embossed metal and can dent if knocked, so handle and hang it with care. Keep it indoors and away from damp. The worn, distressed finish is intended and part of the look. Given its size, hang it from wall fixings rated for the weight.
