On The Water
Two little dishes on a column, a bird at the very top and two more on the rim, swung from a chain.
Penelope is a two-tier hanging bird feeder in slim aged metal with a weathered grey finish. A small upper dish and a wider lower dish sit on a central column, with a little bird at the very top and two more perched on the lower rim.
Fill both dishes with seed, or use the upper one for water and the lower for seed, as a feeder and a little hanging bath in one. The matte grey patina gives it the look of weathered stone.

How to style it
A few ways to place it:
- Hang it from a branch or hook with seed in both tiers; see more in the garden and outdoor collection.
- Use the upper dish for water and the lower for seed, so it works as a feeder and a little bath.
- Group it with the Dannielle, Fleur, and Nathalie feeders or the pedestal bird baths for a coordinated bird garden.
- Indoors, fill the dishes with pinecones, dried petals, or a tealight for a hanging ornament.

Care & Keeping
Wipe with a soft dry cloth, and empty and dry the dishes between fills if used outdoors. The aged metal will weather and soften over time outside, which suits the stony look; bring it under cover to keep the weathered grey as it is.

Is it a feeder or a bird bath?
Both. Fill both dishes with seed as a feeder, or use the upper dish for water and the lower for seed so it works as a feeder and a small hanging bath together.
Can I hang it outdoors?
Yes. The aged metal will weather over time outdoors, which adds to the stony look; bring it under cover if you want to keep the weathered grey as it is. Empty any water before frost.
How big is it?
It stands about 32 cm tall, not counting the hanging chain, with a lower dish around 26 cm across. Hang it at the height of your hook or branch.
Will each one look exactly the same?
Because Penelope is hand-finished, the weathered grey varies a little from piece to piece. Small differences in the patina are part of the character and not a fault.
Can I use it indoors?
Yes. Many people hang it inside and fill the dishes with pinecones, dried petals, or a tealight as a decorative hanging piece for a kitchen, hallway, or potting bench.
