Mirabelle French Provincial Footed Compote Bowl, Swag Relief, Antique Gold Metal

Mirabelle is a footed compote bowl in antique gold metal. A band of draped swags and small floral drops runs around the bowl, and it stands on a beaded pedestal foot with a scalloped base. The finish is warm gold with darker, aged tones worked into the relief.

The bowl is about 29.5 cm across and stands roughly 20.5 cm tall on its foot. Fill it with faux succulents for a centrepiece, pile in pine cones or baubles through winter, or leave it bare as a sculptural piece on a console. It is the smaller of two sizes. The plants shown in the photos are styling and are not included.

Care & Keeping

Wipe with a soft, dry or barely damp cloth and dry it straight after. Keep it indoors and out of standing water, as moisture can mark the finish over time. For fresh flowers or anything damp, set a liner or a small dish inside rather than filling the bowl directly.

Because the Mirabelle bowl is hand-finished, slight variations in patina, texture and tone are natural and add to the character of each piece. Colour may also vary slightly between screens, all photography is taken in natural light.
