Xander is a floor standing candelabra in aged metal, finished in a distressed white worn back to a rusted tone along the edges. Five scrolled arms branch from a central column on a wide footed base, each ending in a cup for a tapered candle. It stands 114 cm tall, about the height of a small side table, so it reads as a floor piece rather than a tabletop one.
The distressed white keeps a piece this size feeling light in a room rather than dominating it. Stand it beside a fireplace, in an entryway, or at the edge of a living room and light five tapers for a low, layered glow. It also earns its place as a wedding or event piece, tall enough to mark an aisle or frame a doorway. Candles not included.

How to style it
A few ways to place a floor candelabra this size.
- Stand it beside a fireplace or in an entryway with five cream or ivory tapers, see the rest of our candle holders
- Place a pair either side of a doorway or down an aisle for a wedding or event
- Set it near a framed mirror so the candlelight reflects and doubles
- Keep the tapers the same height and colour so the five flames read as one
Stylist's Tip Five tapers of the same length read best. Use drip-free ivory tapers and rotate them so they burn down evenly, and stand it clear of curtains and foot traffic since it sits at floor level.
Care & Keeping
Dust with a soft dry cloth or a soft brush into the cups and arms. Lift wax drips by warming gently and wiping with a soft cloth, taking care not to scrub the white finish. Keep it indoors, the aged metal and distressed white are not weather-rated. Stand it on a level floor away from foot traffic and soft furnishings, and never leave burning candles unattended.
