A tall campana urn, the trumpet bowl rising from a ruff of acanthus leaves, weathered to grey and rust like an old garden piece.
Florent is a tall campana urn, a flared trumpet bowl that lifts from a ruff of acanthus leaves on a turned pedestal and scrolled foot. The rim is finished with a rope-twist edge, and the whole piece is weathered to a chalky grey-white with rust and ochre bleeding down the bowl, the look of an urn that has stood out in a garden for years.
It stands about 62.5 cm tall and 32.5 cm across, made from cast magnesia composite, a stone-like material with real presence at around 5 kg. It works on the floor by a doorway or fireplace, or on a wide console, filled with tall branches and dried stems, planted up with a pot inside, or left empty as a sculptural piece.

How to style it
A few ways to use it:
- Fill it with tall bare branches or berried stems for height in a corner.
- Stand it by a fireplace or doorway as a floor piece.
- Drop a potted plant inside, in its own liner, for a planted urn.
- Set it with other garden and outdoor pieces and vases.
Stylist's Tip Go tall and bare with the stems. Branches that rise well above the rim play to the trumpet shape and let the weathered finish and acanthus base stay the focus.
Care & Keeping
Dust with a soft dry brush or cloth. The chalky finish, the worn patches and the rust bleed are part of the weathered look rather than faults. Keep Florent indoors or under cover, since open weather will move the finish faster. For a live plant, sit a potted plant in its own liner inside rather than planting straight in, and empty any water that gathers so it does not sit against the base.
