Forty-eight hand-painted tiles in jewel-bright watercolour, set around a generous rectangular mirror like a small painted gallery you can hang on the wall.
The Mireille wall mirror is built around a frame of hand-painted ceramic tiles, every one a different mandala or rosette, in jewel watercolour tones of magenta, teal, lilac, grape purple, and leaf green. The brushwork has the soft, painterly feel of Portuguese azulejos and Andalusian ceramics, with each tile reading more like a small watercolour than a printed pattern. The frame is finished with a slim brass corner detail and a warm timber edge.
At 82cm tall and 62cm wide, Mireille suits an entryway, a hallway, above a console, or in a powder room where colour can carry the wall on its own. The painted tiles add the kind of softness and depth a printed pattern simply cannot, and the rectangular shape keeps it versatile across French country, Mediterranean, and eclectic interiors.

Mireille carries a wall on its own, but it sits beautifully in a layered vignette. A few of our favourite pairings:

Care & Keeping
Display indoors only, away from direct moisture and prolonged direct sunlight. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. The glazed tile surface can be wiped lightly with a slightly damp cloth if needed, but avoid harsh chemical cleaners, abrasive sponges, or anything that could lift the painted detail.

Yes. Each tile is hand-painted in a watercolour-inspired style, which means small variations in line work, colour density, and pattern are completely normal. No two Mireille mirrors are identical, and that variation is part of the piece's character.

How big is the Mireille mirror?
Mireille measures 81.8 cm tall and 61.8 cm wide, with a 2.5 cm depth. That's a solid mid-size wall mirror, larger than a vanity mirror but smaller than a full-length leaner. It hangs comfortably above a console, dresser, or vanity.
Is it suitable for bathrooms?
Yes, in a well-ventilated bathroom or powder room. The glazed tile surface handles light humidity well, but avoid placing it directly above a shower or in a heavily steamy environment, as prolonged moisture can affect the timber backing over time.
How is Mireille hung?
Mireille is wall-mounted with a fixing on the back of the timber frame. At 7.7kg, please use a wall hanger appropriate for the weight and your wall type (a stud or wall plug is recommended over a single nail in plasterboard).
Because Mireille is hand-painted, slight variations in tile pattern, colour density, and line work are natural and add to the unique character of each piece. Colour may also vary slightly between screens, all photography is taken in natural light.
