Annie is a wall-mounted statement shelf with a deeply carved magnesium oxide composite apron and a solid fir wood top. The apron mimics theatrical drapery, with a scalloped swag valance running along the top edge, central draped folds gathering at the middle, and twin curtain panels falling down each side, each finished with a tied tassel terminal. The whole piece is finished in a soft distressed whitewash that wears back to a sandy undertone along the high points, with the timber top left in a warm natural finish for contrast.

At 54 cm wide, 35 cm tall, and 17 cm deep, Annie is the largest and most sculptural piece in our wall shelf collection. The three-dimensional drapery carving casts deep shadows in side-light, giving her a presence that reads more as architectural sculpture than as a utility shelf. She suits a wall where you want a single dramatic moment rather than a layered grouping.

Care & Keeping
